The task is added by clicking the blue circle in the lower right corner – enter the name of the note and it will appear in the list open in the application. The tab on the left contains custom lists. Everyone can work on it in different ways: compose it on the same day or plan using the reminder function. When the application starts, the user is greeted with the “My Day” section. You can transfer your data from Wunderlist and Todoist you will have to add lists from other services manually.

In the near future – integration with Microsoft’s new project management service – Planner, so that you can manage all your tasks in one place. In addition, it can integrate with Outlook and convert emails to tasks.

The Planner integration isn’t available yet, but we ’ re already working on bringing the Assigned to Me list to you. You can work offline, add tasks to My Day, see your flagged email in your Flagged email list, and share your lists with colleagues or friends and family. Sign in and all your tasks will be waiting for you, ready to be checked off. If you’ve already been using our app on Android, iOS, Windows, or web, then the Mac app will feel very familiar.
